Welcome to IviBob Records (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website (ivibobrecords.com) or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Use of This Website

This website is intended to provide information about recording, design, and label services, and to allow users to get in touch.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Services

IviBob Records offers recording, production, design, and related creative services.

All services are arranged on a project-by-project basis.

Scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.

Booking & Payment

Recording sessions are confirmed with a deposit.

  • Deposits reserve your scheduled time

  • Deposits are applied toward your final balance

  • Remaining balances are due as agreed prior to or upon completion of services

Specific pricing and payment terms will be communicated directly for each project.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because the studio books a limited number of sessions:

  • 48+ hours notice → deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date

  • Less than 48 hours → deposit is typically forfeited

We’ll always try to be reasonable when possible, but last-minute changes are difficult to accommodate.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a productive session, clients are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time

  • Preparing material in advance

  • Bringing necessary instruments and equipment

  • Communicating expectations clearly

Preparation directly affects the quality and efficiency of recording.

Creative Collaboration

Recording and production are collaborative processes.

By working together, you acknowledge that:

  • Creative input, suggestions, and direction may be offered

  • Final creative decisions remain with the client unless otherwise agreed

File Delivery

After sessions, clients will receive:

  • High-resolution audio files

  • Organized session materials

  • Rough mixes (if applicable)

Long-term file storage is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for backing up their files upon delivery.

Ownership

Clients retain ownership of their music and recordings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional agreements related to label releases, distribution, or collaboration will be handled separately.

Design Work

Design and creative direction services are offered selectively.

Scope, usage rights, and deliverables will be defined per project.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a professional and reliable environment, but are not liable for:

  • Loss of data beyond reasonable control

  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
